Don’t use a VPN or proxy

Do not use a VPN, proxy or any other method to bypass location restrictions. Turn off any VPN or proxy, including VPNs built into antivirus software and private relay features, before you trade.

My location looks wrong

If you believe your location has been identified incorrectly, contact Customer Support. Tell us your city and state, the device and browser you are using, and any error message you see.
