Self-exclusion

Responsible trading

Self-exclusion lets you stop trading on STX for a longer period than a cool off period.

To self-exclude, open the menu in the app, select Member Protection, then Self-Exclusion, and choose a period from the options shown.

Self-exclusion cannot be reversed once it is set. It restricts you from trading on STX during the excluded period, so review your choice before you confirm it.

If you need help with your account or funds during a self-exclusion period, contact Customer Support.
