## Don't use a VPN or proxy

Do not use a VPN, proxy or any other method to bypass location restrictions. Turn off any VPN or proxy, including VPNs built into antivirus software and private relay features, before you trade.

## My location looks wrong

If you believe your location has been identified incorrectly, [contact Customer Support](https://help.stxapp.io/contact/). Tell us your city and state, the device and browser you are using, and any error message you see.
